Basic PING monitoring is already included on all Shared, Dedicated, and VPS plans that ZipServers offers. If you have a web site that must remain online we recommend reviewing the following add-ons to the basic PING monitoring already included.

The following monitoring packages are available to current customers as well as server admins not hosting with ZipServers. Our out of network monitoring system is a perfect compl iment to your existing hosting.

Server / Web Application Monitoring

ZipServers Server Monitoring plan is an entry level monitoring solution that will pretty much cover all of your monitoring needs. It covers all your minimum service needs and will notify you of any downed services.

  • 10 minute polling intervals
  • Email / Ticket Notification
  • Choose FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, POP3, IMAP, IMAPS, MySQL, POP3S, HTTP String, SMTP, SSH, Terminal Svcs
  • NOTE: Technician response not included. For technician response, order Emergency Response with this package.

Reboot from Monitoring

   per month
Reboot from Monitoring includes all of the basic Monitoring package features. In addition, technicians will be notified via our ticketing system of any down reports from monitoring. Technicians will then reboot your server following your instructions provided during the sign up process.

  • 5 minute polling intervals
  • Custom Ports Available
  • Choose FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, POP3, IMAP, IMAPS, MySQL, POP3S, HTTP String, SMTP, SSH, Terminal Svcs
  • NOTE: Technician response only covers rebooting your server and no investigation.

Emergency Response from Monitoring

   per month
Emergency Response from Monitoring includes all of the basic Monitoring package features. In addition, technicians will be notified via our ticketing system of any down reports from monitoring. Technicians will then check on your server and restart it or any service that is failing under monitoring.

  • 5 minute polling intervals
  • Custom Ports Available
  • Choose FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, POP3, IMAP, IMAPS, MySQL, POP3S, HTTP String, SMTP, SSH, Terminal Svcs
  • Technicians will re-start any failed services or processes and/or re-start your server upon alerts.
